Return & Refund Policy

At MaiMuu, we want every squeeze to feel just right.

If something doesn't work out or experience an issue with your order, hereshow returns and refunds are handled.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Order Cancellations 

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped or before tracking information has been updated and you will get full refund. 

Once tracking information has been updated, or the package is already in transit, the order can no longer be canceled and will need to follow this refunds and returns policy.

2. Change of Mind Returns (if applicable)

If youve had a change of heart, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Before returning the item, please contact us at maimine123@outlook.com  to initiate the return process.Once your return request is approved, we will provide you iith the return address and detailed instructions via email.

Important Note:

  • We need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please retain the tracking number for your return package as proof. lf the package is lost during transit, customers mustontact the shipping carrier to resolvethe issue.

3. Damages and issues 

If your MaiMuu arrives incorrect, damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
  • Send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • In most cases, you wont need to send the item back.

After review, well offer either:

A replacement, or A refund, depending on the situation

If the damage is caused by misuse or excessive force, partial compensation may apply.

4. Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Exceptions / non-returnable items 

As these items cannot be resold due to keep things fair,hygiene and safety reasons.Were unable to accept returns for:

  • The item has been used beyond normal inspection upon arrival.The request is made more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective).
  • Damage caused by misuse, modifications, contact with sharp objects, accidental puncture, or natural disasters.
  • Custom-made items, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Lost Packages or Delivered but Not Received

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

If the tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please first try the following:

  • Check around the delivery area.
  • Check with family members or neighbors.
  • Contact your local carrier or delivery office.

We will also do our best to assist with the investigation.

7. Incorrect Address /Refused Delivery/Unclaimed Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the issue.

If a package is returned due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect address.
  • Refused delivery.
  • Failure to collect the package in time.

We may offer a reshipment service depending on the specific situation. Since reshipment requires an additional shipping fee to be paid to the carrier, the cost will be handled as follows:

  • If the issue was caused by us, the reshipment cost will be covered by us.
  • If the issue was caused by the customer, the reshipment cost will need to be covered by the customer.

If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment and requests a refund instead, any non-refundable shipping fees and return-related costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
