Processing Time
- Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation due to high demand and Some of the products are handmade.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Processing includes order verification, warehouse picking, and packing.
- Pre-orders and backorders may require additional processing time. Details are provided on the product page.
Since so many of our products are carefully handmade, we really appreciate your patience while we get everything ready for you.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to check your package's exact delivery status via the confirmation email or on our website.

Free Standard shipping for orders over $39.
For orders under $39, shipping fees vary by country or region. We offer shipping discounts, and the shipping fee you’ll typically pay ranges from $1.99 to $5.99.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, the status will update to “On its way”, and you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also view tracking details in your account under "My Orders", or by using the "Track My Order" option in the chat box on our website.

Delivery may take longer during holidays or peak shopping periods. We recommend allowing additional time for shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Delivery Issues
